    NOTES

    • In order for us to pick up a boat, the keys must be in the boat, and the power must be on to the boat lift (if there is one). If there are no keys, or there is no power to the lift, we will be unable to pick up your boat, and you will be charged extra.

    • WORKS Dock and Lift is not responsible for loss or damage to boats, motors, and trailers or articles left in boats in case of fire, theft, accident, freezing, or cause beyond the control of WORKS Dock and Lift , it being understood that the owner will carry such insurance as he desires for his protection.

    Terms & Conditions

    It is mutually agreed that the following conditions shall govern the entire transaction:

    1. The owner is to deliver said vessel to WORKS Dock and Lift at its storage facility, or WORKS Dock and Lift will haul same out of water and place same in its storage facility, for winter storage.

    2. WORKS Dock and Lift is not responsible for loss or damage to boats, motors and trailers or articles left in boats in case of fire, theft, accident, freezing, animals, or any other cause beyond the control of WORKS Dock and Lift, it being understood that the owner will carry such insurance as he desires for his protection.

    3. Boats left after June 1st may be subject to additional storage fees.

    4. Boats may be moved outside at the discretion of WORKS Dock and Lift anytime after May 1st.

    5. Payment is required in full at the beginning of storage period

    6. Late fee applies from February 1st at 1.5% per month or 18% per annum.

    7. One week's notice is required prior to spring pick-up.

    8. Clicking "Request Storage" below signifies your agreement.

    All storage and service work is subject to 5.5% WI sales Tax.
